Welcome BBQ

Location: Gather Greene

All are welcome to join us for an outdoor BBQ to kick off the weekend!

Time: 6-9pm

Transportation: Shuttles will pickup from The Wick Hotel with a stop at Hudson Hall every 30 minutes from 5:30pm to 7pm, limited parking is available onsite

Attire: Outdoor Fète (i.e., somewhere between smart casual and cocktail, in a backyard BBQ way)

The Big Day

Location: Gather Greene

Time: Please arrive by 4pm, ceremony to begin at 4:30pm

Transportation: Shuttles will pickup from The Wick Hotel and Hudson Hall at 3:30pm sharp. Return shuttles will run from 10pm to midnight. On-site parking is limited

Dinner, dancing, and festivities to follow

Attire: Outdoor Black Tie

When thinking about shoes, please keep in mind that there will be grass and unpaved paths

Fare Well Brunch

Stop by to say goodbye while grabbing some coffee and a quick bite on your way out of town
